Pierce Group is a publicly listed, leading European e-commerce company that specializes in selling motorcycle and snowmobile gear, parts, accessories, and streetwear through best-in-class online store experiences. Pierce Group found itself in need of a turnaround, while simultaneously requiring the appointment of a senior Chairman for the Audit Committee. Such demand was particularly challenging due to the complex requirements and time constraints involved.
After a surprisingly short period, we received a list of highly relevant female candidates to present to the nomination committee, and shortly thereafter, the nominee was appointed at the Annual General Meeting.
